360 Monitor

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 24, 2026

By enrolling in a 360 Monitor program, you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program enrollment

Participation is typically required by a court order, probation officer, or pretrial supervision program. By accepting these terms you confirm that you understand the program requirements and have read the service agreement.

2. Device care

  • You must keep the ankle monitor on your person at all times unless removed by an authorized 360 Monitor technician.
  • You must charge the device daily as instructed.
  • You may not tamper with, damage, submerge, or attempt to remove the device.

3. Geofencing & curfews

You must remain inside your assigned inclusion zones during curfew windows and stay out of any exclusion zones at all times. Breaches will be reported immediately to the supervising officer.

4. Fees

Daily monitoring fees are due on the schedule established at enrollment. Failure to pay may result in program suspension and notification of your supervising officer or court.

5. Equipment damage or loss

You are responsible for damage or loss caused by negligence or tampering. The replacement fee schedule is provided in your service agreement.

6. Termination

The service agreement is in effect until your court order, probation, or program ends, or until 360 Monitor terminates the agreement for cause.

7. Limitation of liability

360 Monitor provides monitoring services. We do not provide legal representation or guarantee program outcomes. The participant remains responsible for compliance with their court order.
